Grand Home Inspection is a family-owned business, established in 2015 by husband and wife team, Brian and Lauren Marcy. We’ve grown to a close-knit team that now includes four inspectors, a client care coordinator, outreach coordinator and sales coordinator.

Liz comes from a real estate background and understands how important an inspection is in choosing the right home. Over the past 10 years she has built her career on providing exceptional customer service and keeping her eye on the details.
She fills her time outside of work playing dinosaurs with her daughter, exploring nature with her dogs, and tending her houseplants.
VINCE GUINSLER
CERTIFIED INSPECTOR
Before becoming certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), Vince received his master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Ohio University. He has previous experience in insurance risk control and construction and is currently a firefighter with the Ada Township Fire Department.
In his free time, Vince can be found watching soccer with his son. Vince knows that buying a home is a major life event – likely the biggest purchase a family or individual will make – and he appreciates knowing he can help buyers make informed and educated choices about this investment.

Prior to becoming an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector, Joseph worked in the log home construction industry for more than five years. He has previous experience as an energy auditor as well as many years of customer service. As a home inspector, Joseph understands the importance of buying a home and appreciates having the the opportunity to serve the community in this capacity.
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and traveling to new places.

A graduate of Aquinas College and a West MIchigan native, Rachael spent seven years working in the oilfield of North Dakota before joining the GHI team. Rachael’s years of customer service experience combined with her technical interest and aptitude make her an excellent home inspector. She’s excited to continue to grow in her inspection career and to help people feel more confident in their home buying experience.
When she is not busy with work, Rachael spends her time raising her young son and looks forward to traveling the world with him.
