HOME WARRANTY PROGRAM
Our warranty program offers buyers peace of mind knowing their purchase is protected. This warranty program is included in ALL residential inspections at no additional fee. Every Grand Home Inspection residential inspection includes the following warranties:
90 day structure and mechanical. This covers the structural and mechanical components in the home for a period of 90 days from the inspection date or 21 days from the property closing, whichever is longer. This includes concrete and block foundations, many plumbing and electrical components as well as appliances (HVAC, dishwasher, etc). View the full warranty coverage details.
90-day roof leak. This covers the repair of roof leaks that occur within 90 days of the inspection date. View the full warranty coverage details.
90 day mold. This covers the remediation of new, visible mold growth that occurs within 90 days of the inspection date or 21 days from the property closing, whichever is longer. Requires mold inspection with home inspection. View the full warranty coverage details.
90 day sewer and water line. This covers failures in the main sewer line and main water line from the structure to the service connection for a period of 90 days from the inspection date or 21 days from the property closing, whichever is longer.
